Losing 40 pounds was life changing for me as I gained confidence, self esteem and
overall happiness. It was that experience that motivated me to pursue a career in health and fitness. The rewards of assisting others to achieve the same success have been extremely gratifying . My journey was long as I worked through the challenges we all face as we try to lose weight and more importantly keep it off. I accomplished this by being consistent, not perfect, with eating a healthy balanced diet and incorporating exercise into my daily routine. Age, like weight is just a number and you can still look and feel your best long after 50. I have been a personal trainer for since 2006 and a health coach for since 2015. I also worked at WeightWatchers for 6 years leading meetings and coaching members on weight loss. I feel so fortunate to have a career that captures my passion to support other to live their best life!
